Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility: Enrollment in the IMFS Online SAT Coaching Program is open to individuals who are at least 13 years of age. For participants between the ages of 13 and 17, parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory. IMFS retains the right to decline enrollment if these eligibility conditions are not met.
2. Enrollment & Payment Enrollment in the Program is contingent upon the receipt of full payment, unless an installment plan is pre-approved by IMFS. Payment may be made using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Affirm. In the event of a missed or declined installment payment, IMFS reserves the right to suspend the student's access to the Program until payment obligations are fulfilled. Administrative fees may apply in such cases.
3. Refund Policy Students who withdraw from the Program within seven (7) days of enrollment and before attending any session are eligible for a full refund. Withdrawals made after seven (7) days, or after any course content has been accessed, are not eligible for refunds. In cases where technical issues arise and IMFS is unable to provide a resolution, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of IMFS. Digital content and accessed materials are strictly non-refundable. Physical materials, if any, must be returned unused and unmarked within 14 days to qualify for a refund. All eligible refunds shall be processed within 10 to 15 business days. Refunds will not be granted for terminations resulting from violations of the Student Code of Conduct.
4. Program Access & User Conduct Access to the Program is granted on an individual basis and is non-transferable. Students are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials or recording and redistributing class materials. Participants are expected to attend all sessions punctually, maintain decorum, and avoid any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior. IMFS reserves the right to revoke access and terminate enrollment, without refund, in the event of any breach of these terms.
5. Data Privacy IMFS collects and processes personal information such as names, contact details, and academic records solely for educational and support purposes. Data is securely stored and may be shared with partner institutions only upon the user's consent. IMFS adheres to all applicable data privacy regulations, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
6. Program Changes & Cancellations IMFS reserves the right to modify the schedule, format, content, and faculty of the Program as needed. In the event of insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, IMFS may cancel sessions, in which case a full refund will be issued to the affected students.
7. Technical Requirements To participate in the Program, students must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device equipped with audio and video capabilities. IMFS is not responsible for issues related to local internet disruptions, device failures, or user-side technical limitations.
8. Content Ownership & Restrictions All content provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to videos, assessments, presentations, and instructional materials, remains the intellectual property of IMFS. Students are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or otherwise misusing any of this content. Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and immediate termination of access.
9. Force Majeure IMFS shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, governmental orders, pandemics, internet or utility outages, and any other unforeseen events.
10. Limitation of Liability IMFS does not provide any guarantees regarding test score improvement, admission to educational institutions, or eligibility for scholarships. IMFS shall not be liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party services. Total liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by the student for the Program. No liability shall extend to incidental or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification Students agree to indemnify and hold harmless IMFS, its affiliates, and its staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal fees arising from their participation in the Program, breach of these Terms, misuse of Program resources, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Arbitration & Governing Law All disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By accepting these Terms, both parties waive any right to class action suits.
13. Student Code of Conduct IMFS expects all students to adhere to a high standard of conduct. The following actions are grounds for immediate removal from the Program without refund:
a. Disruption of the virtual learning environment.
b. Use of offensive, disrespectful, or abusive language.
c. Cheating or academic dishonesty.
d. Unauthorized recording or distribution of program materials.
e. Sharing personal information of others without consent.
f. Misuse of AI tools during assessments.
Such actions violate IMFS policy and may result in permanent disqualification from future programs.
14. Online Classroom Etiquette Participants are required to maintain professionalism throughout the duration of the program. Students must:
a. Log in using their real names.
b. Refrain from taking or sharing screenshots, photos, or recordings.
c. Dress appropriately and maintain a distraction-free background.
d. Join classes on time and remain attentive.
e. Keep microphones muted unless speaking, and use the chat box respectfully.
f. Remain visible with cameras on during mock tests.
g. Choose a quiet, undisturbed space for test-taking.
Parents of minor students are encouraged to supervise and ensure compliance with these expectations.
15. Certification and Release By enrolling in the IMFS Online SAT Coaching Program, the student (and parent, if applicable) certifies and agrees to the following: International Compliance: You are not located in or acting on behalf of any country or individual restricted by U.S. sanction laws. Your use of this program will not result in any breach of international trade regulations. Purpose of Enrollment: You are enrolling for personal educational advancement and not on behalf of any competitor or organization. Your access may be restricted if laws prohibit use from your region. Consent to Recording and Data Storage: You acknowledge and accept that online sessions may be recorded and stored for quality assurance and instructional use. Payment and Legal Agreement: You authorize IMFS to process recurring payments as per the enrollment plan. You accept that no specific score, admission, or scholarship guarantee is provided.
